Nestled in a serene neighborhood, The modern residential abode that balances architectural clarity with cultural identity. The project was envisioned as a progressive home for a modern family where simplicity, geometry, & material honesty converge. A striking façade that blends contemporary geometry with functional articulation. The warm textures of fluted panels and natural stone set a grounded tone.

Concept – The Sulatte Frame

The design embraces a rectilinear massing with bold contrast pairing clean cream surfaces with graphite-toned panels to create a visual anchor. A cantilevered balcony and deep overhangs offer protection from the elements while enhancing the sculptural quality of the structure. Strategic voids and perforated screens ensure privacy and cross-ventilation, while curated landscaping softens the built form.
