Concept – Urban Rise

The design concept emphasizes vertical zoning and functional layering, with a strong visual transition from the public commercial base to the private residential towers above. A clean facade grid, earthy tones, and generous terraces with green edges contribute to both architectural rhythm and environmental performance. The lower levels feature expansive glass-front showrooms that ensure high visibility, while elevated podiums and lush Terrace planters soften the scale.
